Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing personalized service to meet their needs. Client follow-ups for repairs, bill delivery, jewelry delivery, etc.
- Sales: Support the sales team by providing products and necessary items, and assisting in the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling point.
- Merchandising: Ensure that the store is impeccably presented at all times, including arranging displays, cleaning, and organizing products.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
- Operations: Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as needed, and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Flexible and willingness to work at any of our store locations when needed.
