Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores, including opening and closing procedures, inventories ,cash handling, and maintaining the store’s appearance
• Assist with employee scheduling and ensure that staffing levels meet business needs
• Regular random inventory checks and payments of sold material
• Monitor product movement and thus optimize inventory at each store
• Train and coach store persons on customer service, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures
• Promote local promotions and services
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed appropriately
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Monitor requests for new products and esc alate to the vendor team
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that products are effectively marketed and displayed
• Handle store complaints and inquiries, and escalate issues as needed to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, such as sales data, employee schedules, and inventory levels
• Ensure that the outlets are compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all the online deliveries from the stores are done effectively and in time.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and sales initiatives as needed.
