  • At least 6 months of experience in inventory management field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum +2 degree in management or any relevant field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supplies, equipment, and other materials
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, usage, and expiration dates
  • Monitor and order necessary supplies to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
  • Supervise and train junior storekeeping staff
  • Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of supplies
  • Keep the store area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reporting any discrepancies
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored in designated areas
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.
