Job Description:
- Ensure on a daily basis that the Parlor Crew follow SOP, keep parlor clean, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly.
- Ensures an exceptional level service, ambience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Training and Supervising Staff.
- Motivate team to achieve sale targets.
- Control all operations costs, i.e. food cost % vs plan, waste vs plan,Employee cost vs plan and provide.
- Sales and plan for offer to increase sales.
- Coordinate with HO regarding Ice Cream dispatch, freezer requirement, equipment repair, branding and sales and outstanding recovery.
- Team reporting
- Ensure smooth operation of the FS-MT store.
- Reporting to Country Manager.
