Job Description:

• Ensure on a daily basis that the Parlor Crew follow SOP, keep parlor clean, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly.
• Ensures an exceptional level service, ambience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Training and Supervising Staff.
• Motivate team to achieve sale targets.
• Control all operations costs, i.e. food cost % vs plan, waste vs plan,Employee cost vs plan and provide.
• Sales and plan for offer to increase sales.
• Coordinate with HO regarding Ice Cream dispatch, freezer requirement, equipment repair, branding and sales and outstanding recovery.
• Team reporting.
• Ensure smooth operation of the FS-MT store.
• Reporting to Country Manager.
