Job Description:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicle and equipment parts, as well as construction materials.
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate inventory needs, and place orders in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials and parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
- Utilize ERP software to track and manage inventory, generate reports, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Allocate tasks efficiently to ensure a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during the handling, storage, and transportation of materials and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
