Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
• Report stock shortages and contribute to inventory planning.
• Operate the store’s software systems for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
• Ensure data accuracy in the system and troubleshoot any software-related issues.
• Provide training and support to new team members on software usage.
