Job Description

The Counselor role is a full-time on-site position based in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The Counselor will assist senior counselors in helping students to make informed education decisions especially for the UK and Canada. Below are the roles and responsibilities of the Counselor:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address academic, personal, and career concerns.
• Provide guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
• Respond to student inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college resources and refer students to appropriate course selection.
• Assist in organizing and participating in events and workshops related to academic and career development.
• Prepare reports on student counseling activities and outcomes as required.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in student counseling.
