Location (base): PIN Field Office in Karnali Province
Reports to: Partnership and CSO Strengthening Manager

Expected joining date: 1 February, 2025
Contract End Date: 31 January 2026 (with the possibility of extension).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in social science, development studies, business studies, management, or development-related fields, with a good understanding of monitoring of sub-grants systems.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in grant management, partnership management, or project coordination within INGOs, NGOs, or donor-funded programs. Previous working experience with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in priority provinces is a plus.
- Experience in capacity development of CSOs/CBOs and strong understanding of civil society dynamics in Nepal.
- Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and compliance with donor regulations and Government of Nepal’s compliance.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling web-based management systems.
- Proven ability to produce analytical reports with quantitative data analysis.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali. Local language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel to project locations within Nepal as required.
