Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
