Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of EV technicians responsible for identifying location for swap station, setting up swap stations, maintenance, repairs, and servicing. 
• Oversee the operation including installation of EV swapping stations and related infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with construction teams, electricians, and site managers during installation.
• Manage installation timelines, quality control, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Negotiate service agreements, installation contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Review and draft contract terms, scope of work, service levels, and pricing.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
• Develop strong relationships with govt. agencies, contractors, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or Engineering, or any other, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, or Administration, or Automotive, Transportation, or 2W EV industry.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, swapping infrastructure, and regulations.
• Excellent contract negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
