Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of EV technicians responsible for identifying location for swap station, setting up swap stations, maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Oversee the operation including installation of EV swapping stations and related infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with construction teams, electricians, and site managers during installation.
- Manage installation timelines, quality control, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Negotiate service agreements, installation contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Review and draft contract terms, scope of work, service levels, and pricing.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Develop strong relationships with govt. agencies, contractors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Engineering, or any other, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, or Administration, or Automotive, Transportation, or 2W EV industry.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, swapping infrastructure, and regulations.
- Excellent contract negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
