Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily theater operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff.
- Lead and motivate our team to achieve excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of theater staff.
- Overseeing the financial aspects including budgeting, expense control, cash handling.
- Implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are available as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of all theater areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory role in a movie theater or related entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking.
