Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the cafe’s operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of the team.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and address concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or bar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant field is preferred.
