Job Description:

This role is primarily responsible for timely providing informative data to the management and stakeholders through reporting, automation and analysis. He/She  also require to provide operational and technical support to the members of NCHL and their end users/ customers using the systems operated by NCHL. He/ She shall also facilitate the relevant stakeholders for required reports, system specific trainings and other operational/ technical support.

Job Specification:

• At least University degree in business/management/IT/IS/IM, Data Analytics/Science or related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting or analytics for technology-based services and/or operation. Experience in MIS of critical systems will be an advantage. Outstanding fresh graduate with excellent knowledge on MIS and automation can also apply.
• Sound knowledge of various reporting tools and its design, development.
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
