Job Description:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to solve customer queries and issues.
  • Handle the Grievances of customers.
  • Verifying the tickets raised by CSR.
  • Proactively handle duplicate ticket issues.
  • Maintain the service standard and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Send refund pending details to Airlines.
  • Handle Airlines Group.
  • Respond to the Merchant Mails.

 

Job Specification:

  • Minimum Intermediate level or Bachelors Running in management field.
  • 1-year experience in the Relevant Field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility in terms of time management.
