Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving hardware and software issues reported by clients or colleagues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Assisting with the setup, configuration, and installation of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • User Account Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms and systems.
  • System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and security of IT systems.
  • Network Support: Assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • End-User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve their technical skills and maximize the effective use of IT resources.
  • Incident Reporting: Documenting and tracking incidents, problems, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
  • Customer Feedback: Actively seeking customer feedback to understand their needs and continuously improve the quality of support services.
  • Remote Assistance: Providing remote support to clients or team members, resolving issues without physical presence when possible.
  • Customer Support: Delivering friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Incident Escalation: Escalating complex or critical issues to higher-level support or appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Complying with company policies, guidelines, and industry best practices to maintain data security and confidentiality.
