Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication in collaboration with HR team members.
- Carry out employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with legal team to constantly update HR policies to comply with rules and regulations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance company culture and morale.
- Collaborate on performance management and training initiatives, including tracking progress and managing related documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, such as managing employee inquiries, maintaining files, and updating policies as needed.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, as assigned, to support the HR team’s goals and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Familiarity with HR principles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team-oriented mindset.
