Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requisition requirements across various departments.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, college recruiting, etc.
- Conduct screening, interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment.
- Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation process with hiring teams.
- Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and databases with meticulous record keeping.
- Develop recruiting strategies and tactical plans to identify talent pools and build a robust pipeline.
- Promote the company's brand and employee value proposition through events, social media, etc.
- Analyze metrics to evaluate source effectiveness, hiring process efficiency, etc.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to partner with all levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge on best HR Practices including GESI (gender equality and social inclusion).
- Knowledge and ability to devise incentive plans, performance appraisal standards and people management.
