Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce, accounting, taxation, or a related field
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer with experience in taxation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management, preferably with CA firms or TAX Advocate Offices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in computation and vetting of advance tax, income tax, VAT returns, and other tax obligations
- Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings and provisions
- Prepare MIS reports on tax compliance for various companies
- Coordinate and manage departmental assessments notices and post-clearance audits from tax authorities
- Assist in replying to notices from the Department of Taxation and Tax authorities
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in Nepal.
