Job Description:

Delta Tech is seeking a Team Lead PHP who is in depth understanding of advanced PHP, MVC frameworks and also hardworking, creative and innovative. You will be working on various in-house products (Delta Sales App, Delta Sales CRM) and external projects with different levels of complexity and challenges.

• The selected candidate would be a part of our company's products
• He/she would be responsible to drive the product and ensure deadlines are met
• He/she should have the capability to handle the entire project and assign work to peers
• Build front-end and server-side applications for delivering the best experience for users
• Build APIs, libraries & automated tools to improve our products
• Mentoring junior web developers
• Keeping up-to-date with technology.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/ Engineering

• More than or equal to 5 years work experience in building applications

• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, Ajax

• In-depth understanding of Advanced PHP, MVC Frameworks (Preferably Laravel)

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Ability to quickly grasp new tools and technology

• Able to multitask and focus on deadlines under pressure

• Team player

• Passionate about new technology

• Excellent team-working skills, hardworking, creative and innovative.
