Skills, knowledge and experience:

• Higher Education in Social Science, Public Administration and related subject
• Strong track record in managing complex social accountability, advocacy and campaign projects
• Experience in Gender, Equity, and Social Inclusion (GESI) mainstreaming in programmes
• Senior level expertise in leadership, strategy development, delivery of Local Governance adopting social accountability tools.
