Job Description: This role requires to provide operational, card business and technical support to the members and their end users/ customers, who use NCHL’s systems or channels. He/ She shall also facilitate the relevant stakeholders for system specific trainings and other support requirements.
Job Specification:
- At least University degree in Engineering/ Science, IT/IS/IM, business/management, or related field.At least 1-2 year of experience for entry level and 3-5 years for mid-level in technology-based services and/or card operation, testing/ certification, etc. Experience in supporting implementation, integrations, testing of card switch and related schemes will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations of card processing systems including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, settlement, dispute handling, etc.
- Previous experience in a technical or business operations, testing/ certification role within the financial services or payments industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the payment’s ecosystem, including card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
