• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineer /Computer Engineer/Bsc.Csit from recognized university.
• Experience in Security/Video Surveillance industry or related industry is required.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers.
• Must have 2-wheeler with valid driving license.

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and Software related issue through phone or email.
• Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Respond and solve technical problems.
• Deliver new product and technical training to channel customers.
• Cooperate with sales department to analyze the needs from customers and provide a complete project plan.
• Coordinate with supplier for the warranty claim.
• Field visit for providing technical support and troubleshoot the problem.
