Duty Station : Trail site of Koshi Province
Required Education/ Experience: Diploma in civil engineering or TSLC from CTEVT for an assistant sub engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and design small local infrastructures. Familiar with the use of GPS survey methodologies, use of GIS and AutoCAD software.
Required Competencies:
- Experience of participatory approaches and training
- Understanding on logical framework and result based monitoring
- Skill for designing, and quality assurance of engineering activities
- Experience working with local government official, private sectors and other agencies
- Good documentation and writing skill; good facilitating skill, team player and result oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills & flexibility; creatively to work independently and across teams
- Proven record of commitment, loyalty and integrity to the organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to write clear concise reports
- Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction
- Good on data collection, analysis reporting skills
- Responsiveness and alertness – a self-starter.
