Roles Description: The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and a passion for delivering excellent service. This role involves overseeing vehicle inspections, managing service process, and ensuring quality maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree /diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in automotive service or repair, preferably with commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and diagnostic tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct thorough inspections of commercial vehicles to assess their condition and identify necessary repairs
• Manage and coordinate the service process, ensuring efficient work flow and timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is preformed to the highest quality standards and complies with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history repairs performed, and parts used
• Provide technical guidance and support to service team members, assisting with challenging repairs or diagnostics.
