Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous recruiter experience, or in sales, marketing
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resource or Business Administration is preferred
- Strong computer skills, using different Applicant Tracking Software, Email Automation software
- Passion for identifying excellent talent, engaging candidates, and building a first-class recruiting operation
- Thorough understanding of full cycle recruiting, recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a high-growth company also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including contacting, phone screening, scheduling interviewing with prospective candidates
- Ability to speak fluent English and pitch confidently to new clients for client acquisition
- Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track the progress of all candidates and send electronic offer letters.
- Provide weekly status updates and reports about open positions and recruiting activities to managers and leadership
- Post open positions on relevant job boards and/or other career sites
- Screen resumes, complete phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviewing process, and gather necessary information for hiring manager
- Think outside the box to find candidates for hard-to-fill roles and identify ways to increase or enrich the applicant pool
- Attend online industry-related conferences and represent the organization at online recruiting and networking events
- Assist in maintaining careers section on company website to support and promote employer brand
- Build connections with partners and applicants through digital marketing campaigns, and advertising including email and text, as well as physical flyer
- Manage social media presence to build awareness of program activities and generate enthusiasm and engagement
- Familiarity and comfort with a data-driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
- Proactively making decisions demonstrating effective problem-solving capability
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
NOTE:
- This position offers remote work opportunities.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 6 pm - 12 am. (6 hours/day).
