  • Work Experience: over 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with technical support, pre-sales consulting, or training experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and teams.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and solutions for CCTV security products to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Pre-Sales Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs, offer technical advice, and deliver product demonstrations to ensure requirements are met.
  • Product Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and the sales team on CCTV products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their features and applications.
  • Project ImplementationParticipate in the implementation and deployment of CCTV projects to ensure effective system operation.
