Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets
  • Resolve any data-related issues
  • Work alongside developers to resolve the issue identified in prod env.
  • Perform day-to-day operational work
  • Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work
  • Understand database, store procedure, functions, etc.
