Job Specification:

• Fluent English Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English is essential. The candidate should be capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively over the phone. Proficiency in Australian English dialects and familiarity with local business customs is preferred.
• Basic understanding of web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing strategies (preferred but not mandatory),
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and secure commitments from potential clients,
• Flexibility to adapt sales strategies and approaches based on market trends, client feedback, and business requirements,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Should manage your own transportation,
• Should be comfortable with the timing,

Notes:

• Income: Salary (Nrs. 20,000) + Incentives + Attractive commission earnings up to NPR 40K/month.
• Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday -Saturday).
• Working Hours : Mon-Fri (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable) & Sat (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
