Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred. Freshers can also apply
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Nepali and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Personality: Energetic, confident, and persuasive with the ability to handle objections.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software or basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry), (Accounting skill is a plus)
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Gather and record customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
