Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tender process; handling inquiries, preparing tender documents submission online/offline, and follow-up including identification of tender opportunities.
- Draft quotation as per customer requirement, price negotiation, analysis and price comparison with follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies for successful tender submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all tender requirements are met.
- Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and risk assessments for tender proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or above (Preferred subject area biomedical engineering, biological science and related field)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferably in the medical & diagnostic equipment and surgical items.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently.
