- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reputable travel company, with expertise in ticketing, international holiday planning, and trade-related travel services.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus and Galileo is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong independent and teamwork abilities, with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Sunday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
- Travel Requirement: Occasional travel for familiarization trips or client meetings as needed.
