  • Previous experience in ticketing and marketing roles within the travel and tourism sector is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and booking procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
  • Creative thinking and ability to contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticket reservations, bookings, and issuance for outbound tours.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to secure bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticketing details and adherence to travel regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing.
  • Assist customers with itinerary planning, travel options, and visa requirements.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract customers.
  • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to promote tour packages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote tour packages and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
