- Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a ticketing role within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- High level of accuracy in handling ticketing transactions and travel documents.
