Job Description:
- Handle the issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, and refund of airline tickets.
- Assist clients with booking flights, answering queries, and providing information on flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel itineraries.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for flight bookings and ticketing processes.
- Ensure accurate fare calculations and ticket pricing.
- Coordinate with airlines for flight reservations, ticketing issues, and special travel arrangements.
- Manage travel documents, including itineraries, e-tickets, and invoices.
- Address and resolve any ticketing issues, flight changes, or customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Support the sales team with flight bookings and related travel arrangements.
