Job Description:
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets for events, flights, trains, buses, or other services.
- Handle reservations and booking modifications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the ticketing process, including providing information on schedules, pricing, and policies.
- Utilize ticketing software and systems to manage bookings, track inventory, and process transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to ticketing, including refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Prepare and submit reports on ticketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ticketing procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in policies, procedures, and industry trends.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or ticketing role is preferred.
- Knowledge about Galileo And Amadeus system.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ticketing software, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
