Job Description:
- Process ticket reservations and bookings for clients
- Handle ticket-related inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Communicate with airlines and other ticketing vendors to ensure timely and efficient ticketing services
- Keep track of ticket prices, promotions, and availability
- Ensure all necessary travel documentation and visas are in place for clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline regulations, pricing, and policies
- Handle any ticket-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tickets issued and verify billing statements
- Familiar with using SABRE software.
