Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality client service and customer retention strategies to enhance product sales and achieve new client growth targets.
- Handle customer queries over the phone, through emails, or online chat services promptly and effectively.
- Respond to customer emails and letters regarding queries in a timely manner.
- Manage professional relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the back-end Customer Care team to seek information on issues faced and inform customers accordingly.
- Coordinate and follow up with other internal departments, if required, to obtain relevant information for resolving customer queries.
- Create and manage professional relationships with customers and corporate houses.
