Job Description

• Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together
• Combining travel, accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
• Modifying tour packages as per the requirement of clients
• Coordinate with Ticketing depart to get the cheapest airfare.
• Coordinate with accounts depart and update the package, visa and ticket rates.
• Coordinate tour leaders.
• Using market research information to guide decisions
• Collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback
• Visiting hotels and resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability
• Keeping record of each and every group or individual travelers.
