Job Description

• Design and develop travel itineraries and tour packages for individual and group clients.
• Coordinate with local and international partners, such as hotels, airlines, and local guides, to ensure seamless tour operations.
• Ensure all logistics are in place for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• Handle inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about tour options and travel destinations.
• Assist clients in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other accommodations.
• Provide pre-trip and on-trip support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Work towards achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Prepare reports on sales, client feedback, and tour performance.
• Ensure all tours comply with legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of tour services offered.
