Job Description:
- Identifies target markets.
- Analyze customer feedback / Consumer behavior and submit report on it time to time.
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Help manager to analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns and report ot to department head
- Help in liaising and strengthening relationships with supply chain partners.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop customer & shopper insights for assigned channel. Translate insights into business building opportunities & JTBD (jobs to be done) within specific customers/channels and report it to the marketing manager.
- Help to build account/channel specific trade plans to align with total trade category plan to deliver category/brand goals.
- Name trades spend opportunities and report it to the marketing manager in order to distribute funds for each sector while analyzing risks.
- Work with field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation & prepare trade selling kits for OOH channel.
- Compile and report real market information to the marketing manager to ensure sales team execute the most efficient JBP and trade spends.
- Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information and submit it to the marketing manager for further analysis and approval.
- Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume and report it to immediate supervisor.
- Co-work with marketing manager in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities:
- Provide market insights to managers in order to build forecast volume with distributors for NPDs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the marketing department head.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred MBA graduate or Bachelors complete.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Marketing
- Good written and communication skills in English
- Effective Teamwork skills
- Good Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, power point, outlook express)
- Key initiative planning and execution.
- Consumer communication strategy, planning and execution.
