Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Commerce/ Administration (BBS/B.Com/BBA) or in economics.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in broker houses/ merchant banks/ investment management/ financial institutions in similar nature role.
• Must have good knowledge of securities market.
• Must have good knowledge of securities trading management system and settlement process.
• Able to co-ordinate with the regulators of securities market in Nepal.
• Should have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding securities trading in Nepal.
• Must be willing to learn the software package employed by the Company.
• Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player.
• Must have knowledge of the statutory taxes applicable in the country primarily for brokerage houses.
• Must have theoretical knowledge of Banking processes and transactions in order to perform the duties.
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Age limit for all the positions is 21 years completed but not exceeding 45 years as on May 24, 2023. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. Securities reserves right to accept and reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the Securities in this regard shall be final and binding to the applicants. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
