Trainee Assistant shall undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in overall areas of the Company, qualifying them to handle Operation, Underwiring and Overall Administrative activities of the Branch including Marketing management of Life Insurance Policy. Upon successful completion of the training period, selected candidates shall be deputed in their selected locations provided at the time of application submitted by the candidates/ can be placed anywhere in position of Operation In-charge/ Operation Support staff of the Company’s Branches/Departments/Provincial office across the country. Other Skills, Experience & Attributes: Good communication, presentation and computer skills. Age should not exceeding 30 years for Management Trainee and 25 years for Trainee Assistant as of 22nd March, 2022.
