Other Specification:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering (minimum), fresh graduates can apply
• 0 to 3 Years of Engineering experience
• Working experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge in computer hardware and software is preferable but not compulsory
• The successful candidate must be willing and able to work with minimum supervision
• Should be able to take the initiative and self-learn, interested in seeking new knowledge and challenges
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and willing to be flexible in working hours to accommodate foreign partner companies (overnight working is not expected)
• The position would be more suitable for an individual who is interested in and willing to handle the conditions of a growing organization while contributing to its growth
• The successful candidate will receive training in required software for engineering design applicable for different parts of the world
• There will be a Training/Trial/Probationary period of 4-6 weeks.
• Those who are currently employed will get a chance to know the job better by working part time with us while they keep their current employment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform Civil Engineering Design (manual as well as using available software)
• Prepare Engineering Cost Estimates
• Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Guide and lead a team of draftsman
• Limited administrative and managerial tasks.
