• At least 3 years of experience in same field.
• Good knowledge of GDS preferably Amadeus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. Proficiency in sales is essential.

Job Description:

• Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements.
• Itinerary Design: Based on the company’s and client's interests and timeframe, create customized travel itineraries that include recommended activities, sightseeing, and free time.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process. Promptly respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide support during the trip.
• Stay updated on the latest travel promotions, discounts, and special offers. Inform clients about these opportunities and help them take advantage of cost-saving options when available.
• Receive phone calls and handle customer inquiries in a very professional form with politeness.
• Handling reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS) Amadeus.
• Keeping a proper record of their sales.
• Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails.
• Follow on client’s enquiries.
