- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and invoices.
- Handle any issues that may arise during travel, providing efficient resolutions.
- Continually seek out new partnerships with vendors to expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of travel regulations and restrictions.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
