Job Description:
- Own Reviews & Ratings Quality, Process and Performance
- Quality checking the incoming reviews and image reviews to maintain authenticity and civility in ratings and reviews section
- Quality checking the answers provided by sellers on Q&A to maintain authenticity, civility and originality in products and services offered
- Increasing the inflow of ratings, reviews and image reviews into the platform to improve customer experience by aiding in the purchase decision making process
- Providing feedback to the Customer Service team on the nature of reviews coming in to improve consumer experience and maintain product and service quality
- Plan visibility, engagement mechanics and subsidy to increase reviews and ratings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish process to use reviews to improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
