ONE ALPHA NINE, is a Miami, Florida based software solutions company. We are developing our core development team in Kathmandu. For this we are looking to hire a few Entry to Mid Level developers. We focus on development of multi-platform mobile and web apps using Flutter. Currently active projects span Real-Estate marketplace, Business-to-business Brokerage, Purchase Order Tracking, and Ticketing. Following are the responsibilities:

• Development & Coding: Assist in designing, coding, and testing new features for mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning and implementation.
• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in existing applications. Learn and apply debugging techniques and best practices.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team collaboration.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and development practices to ensure knowledge sharing and project continuity.
• Learning & Development: Engage in learning opportunities such as workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with Flutter updates and best practices.

Job Specification:

In the technical side, a successful applicant will possess;

• Solid Understanding of Flutter Development and Debugging.
• Working knowledge of Figma, GitLab, Django, Firebase, RDBMS.

In addition to relevant technical expertise , we will be seeking;

• Solid theoretical knowhow.
• Good grasp of software engineering design (especially OO) and development principle.
• A knack for writing clean and efficient code.
• Ability and confidence to voice opinion.
• Good communication skill.

Note: Our office is centrally on the main road in Kupondole.  We provide free coffee and lunch in an air-conditioned modern office.
