• Proficiency in MS Office, IT Skills, Handling Social Media and educational management software.
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the pre-school.
• Support the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula aligned with Eurokids  philosophy and standards.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee student welfare and behavior management, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, addressing their concerns and fostering strong partnerships in children's education.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
• Collaborate with the Principal and management team to develop and implement strategic plans for school improvement and growth.
• Represent Eurokids at various events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.
