• 2-3 years of experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills
• Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices
• Solid understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling principles
• Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the teams to bring ideas to life
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create engaging and unique video content

Job Description:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various initiatives, including promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage
• Collaborate with the teams to understand requirements and develop video concepts and storyboards
• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage and audio
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting to create visually appealing videos
• Conduct post-production tasks, including video editing, color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects or motion graphics
• Select and incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the video's impact
• Stay updated with the latest video production trends, techniques, and equipment to improve video quality continuously
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
